Full time - Lisbon (Lisboa) - Portugal

Vanguard Properties, currently the largest residential real estate developer in Portugal, with a unique and high-quality project portfolio, is growing and intends to strengthen its team in Lisbon, with the integration of a Recepcionist

Core Responsibilities

  • Welcome visitors (clients, suppliers, etc.) in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Receive and forward contacts and information requests (calls, emails, correspondence) in an efficient and organized way.
  • Send correspondence according to the company’s standards and procedures.
  • Support the departments in administrative tasks, such as writing letters and emails, making contacts, collecting signatures, filing documents, among other necessary tasks.
  • Ensure the insertion of documents in the company’s document management platform, following the criteria and standards established.
  • Ensure that the common areas are in good condition, replacing products whenever necessary.
  • Support the Office & Facilities Manager in situations that require his intervention, demonstrating initiative and responsibility.
  • Ensure the reservation and preparation of the rooms for the meetings, checking the needs and resources available.


  • 12th grade
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an office receptionist (Required)
  • English (Advanced knowledge)
  • Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint (Intermediate Knowledge)
  • Filedoc (Desirable)
  • Excellent communication, organization, and planning skills
  • Team spirit, rigor and responsibility are valued.
