Vanguard Properties, currently the largest residential real estate developer in Portugal, is growing and intends to strengthen its Golf team, located in the Comporta region (Terras da Comporta), with the integration of a HR Associate, reporting to the Golf Director.

 

Core Responsibilities

• Conduct the Recruitment & Selection processes: elaborate and manage the publication of recruitment ads, analyze applications, conduct interviews, and prepare assessment reports
• Create and implement effective strategies to attract qualified talent, focusing on professionals aligned with the company's culture and values.
• Collaborate with managers from different teams to identify future hiring needs and define ideal profiles.
• Use ATS tools and social networks to optimize the recruitment and headhunting process.
• Participate in the planning and execution of onboarding and offboarding processes

 

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or similar areas
• 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar position (experience in a consulting environment would be an asset)
• Fluency in English (minimum level B2)
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience in people management software (e.g. Talentia; etc.)
• Excellent analytical, planning and organizational skills
