Good neighbours

On 4 and 5 of August, Vanguard Properties undertook a campaign whose goal was to introduce itself and foster a good neighbourly relation with the local community and those who regularly choose this marvellous place to spend their leisure time.

A Vanguard team, meeting all the health and hygiene requirements set down by the health authorities, went door-to-door handing out a small personal keepsake as a token of the close relationship Vanguard wants to have with the local residents.

The initiative was very well received, having again emphasised the importance that a simple but very significant gesture can have, especially taking into account this time of social distancing in which we are living imposed by the virus.   

It was also a way of making up for the summer party which the developer had organised for the first time last year and had promised to repeat at this time, but was unable to because of the pandemic. 

Vanguard Properties is the main developer of Comporta where its project Muda Reserve is already in the sales stage and it is expecting to shortly launch Terras da Comporta, the most important project at Comporta.
