Presentation of Vanguard Properties to Sotheby’s

On 30 July 2020, the Managing Partner of Vanguard Properties, José Cardoso Botelho gave an institutional presentation to the entire team at Sotheby’s Portugal. Sotheby’s Portugal is one of the largest and most important estate agencies in the country and perhaps the most widely recognised international brand in the luxury segment of real estate.

The presentation, which was attended by over 100 Sotheby’s estate agents, provided a broad but detailed overview of Vanguard Properties, its values, mission, strengths and properties.

In this phase of the pandemic, this type of presentations has become particularly important because they enable estate agents to be aware of the financial capacity and solvency of developers and can build a strong and decisive argument for making property sales at blueprint phase/off-plan.
