Vanguard Properties purchases a tourist village in Porches, Lagoa

Vanguard Properties has just purchased a magnificent Tourist Village Resort located in Porches, Lagoa, located about 350 meters from Senhora da Rocha Beach.

It is a private condominium with approximately 38,000 m2 of deployment area, comprising a total of 55 villas and apartments, indoor and outdoor pools, playground, spa, gymnasium, reception and security. This is a project developed by the Saraiva + Associados atelier.

The project construction will begin in April 2017, with a planned duration of 24 month.
