Vanguard Properties has strengthened its executive leadership team with the appointment of Tiago Leal as Chief Financial Officer.

Holding degrees in Accounting and Business Administration and Corporate Finance from ISCAL, Tiago Leal has built a solid career across finance, management control and executive leadership, developing a comprehensive approach to financial management grounded in rigour, strategic thinking and execution.

With extensive experience in both national and international companies, he has held senior positions at Sovena, Zagope, Logoplaste, OutSystems, Grupo Portugália and OHI, where he was responsible for finance, planning, controlling and management functions.

Throughout his career, he has worked across a wide range of business environments, building a strong track record of aligning financial management with organisations' strategic objectives.

Tiago Leal's appointment comes at a time of continued growth and organisational development for Vanguard Properties, supporting the company's expanding leadership structure and the increasing scale and complexity of its projects.
