A’ Tower gets ‘A+NZEB21 Near Zero Efficient Building’ energy certificate.

Located at Lisbon’s Amoreiras, A’ Tower recently received the ‘A+NZEB21 Near Zero Efficient Building’ energy certificate    Meaning this project is 100% more efficient than the Environmental Warming benchmark, +80% in terms of Environmental Cooling, and +73% in Hot Water Provision, showing Vanguard’s concern in developing innovative and sustainable projects.  

Last, this building that is in the final phases of completion was designed by the architect’s studio Saraiva + Associates, built by Alves Ribeiro and supervised by afaplan.
