Pedro Salema Garção Appointed Chief Commercial Officer

Vanguard Properties has strengthened its executive leadership team with the appointment of Pedro Salema Garção as Chief Commercial Officer.

With more than two decades of experience in the real estate sector, Pedro Salema Garção has built a distinguished career defined by leadership, strategic vision and in-depth market expertise. Before joining Vanguard Properties, he served as Partner, Head of Offices and Board Member at Cushman & Wakefield, having previously held the position of Head of Portfolio Management at Norfin. His career also includes many years at BNPPRE | Worx Real Estate Consultants, where he led the Agency & Occupier Solutions business and served as a Board Member.

Holding a degree in Management from Instituto Superior de Gestão, Pedro Salema Garção brings broad experience across commercial strategy, investment, asset management and client relations. His appointment will play a key role in strengthening the company's commercial strategy and supporting its next phase of growth.

His arrival comes at a time of reorganisation within Vanguard Properties' commercial department, with the aim of consolidating processes, strengthening market engagement and providing an even more structured approach to the company's diverse portfolio of projects.

As part of this strategic reinforcement, the commercial team also welcomes Marta Reis, who joins Vanguard Properties as Sales Senior Manager.

With extensive experience in the real estate sector and a career defined by client focus, commercial expertise and a strong design sensibility, Marta Reis brings a complementary perspective to Vanguard Properties' sales team. Before joining the company, she was a Managing Associate at Bondstone, following previous roles as a real estate consultant at Sotheby's International Realty, Century 21 and Côte d'Azur Azeitão.

She holds a degree in Interior Design and Decorative Arts from ESAD, as well as an MBA in Real Estate Valuation from ESAI, combining commercial, technical and creative expertise that further strengthens Vanguard Properties' ability to support clients, projects and opportunities with rigour, attention to detail and market insight.

These appointments represent another important step in strengthening Vanguard Properties' leadership structure and commercial organisation, as the company continues to consolidate its market presence and prepare for the future with ambition, responsibility and a long-term vision.
