Pedro Santos joins Vanguard Properties as Project Manager

Vanguard Properties has strengthened its team with the welcoming of Pedro Santos.

With more than two decades of experience in civil engineering, project management and supervision, and construction management, Pedro Santos has built a diverse professional career spanning the real estate, construction, energy and public works sectors.

Before joining Vanguard Properties, he served as Director of Affordable Rental Housing at Lisboa SRU, where he worked for six years. Prior to this, he held positions as Project Manager at Outdoor Consultores and as Project Manager and Production Director at EcSEDIAF. His career also includes roles at Geolog International,éré Partex and CENOR Consultores.

Pedro Santos began his career as a Civil Engineer at Mota-Engil and subsequently worked as a Construction Manager at Teixeira Duarte – Engenharia e Construções.

He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico and a postgraduate qualification in Applied Management from Nova School of Business & Economics.

The knowledge he has acquired throughout his career across the various stages of project development and delivery strengthens Vanguard Properties’ ability to manage its developments from a technical, operational and strategic perspective, ensuring rigour, efficiency and careful attention to the specific challenges of each project.

Pedro Santos’s addition to the team represents a further step in strengthening Vanguard Properties’ Development department, as the company continues to deliver distinctive projects and consolidate its presence in the real estate market.
