Vanguard Properties, currently the largest residential real estate developer in Portugal, with a unique and high-quality portfolio of projects, is looking to grow its Finance department in Lisbon, by recruiting a Treasury & Accounts Payable Manager (m/f).
Core Responsibilities
Treasury
Relating to Vanguard, Group companies, and their clients:
- Prepare payments and transfers
- Monitor debits and credits in bank accounts
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Ensure control and recording of incoming client funds
- Prepare documentation and operations related to clients’ financial flows
- Prepare and issue intercompany invoices
Accounting and Supplier Management
- Process, classify, and ensure validation of supplier invoices
- Ensure the processing and organization of financial information for accounting purposes
- Actively participate in the process of changing IT systems supporting accounting and third-party management
- Ensure the processing, classification, and filing of all accounting documents and supporting financial records
- Maintain regular contact with suppliers, including negotiating payment terms
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management or Economy
- Minimum 3 years of experience in finance
- English (Advanced knowledge)
- Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook (Intermediate knowledge)
