All aboard!

Vanguard Properties stands out from the crowd yet again by acquiring its own boat to provide an exclusive and highly personal service to its clients.

To match the quality standards of the projects it develops, Vanguard Properties has purchased a magnificent 28ft launch with 420bhp from ROM Boats, the first and only Portuguese luxury boat brand with which it is proud to be associated.

The vessel, part of a limited edition, will be customised to reflect the position and image of Vanguard Properties and the exclusivity and attention to detail which characterises this real estate developer and the projects it develops. The boat will be mostly used for boating trips and scheduled transport for clients. It is estimated that the launch, the second to be produced at the ROM boatyards in Aveiro, will be in service next summer.

ROM Boats was founded in 2017 by Jorge Martins, an aficionado of pleasure boating and sailing, who too a bold step in Portugal when he decided to build high-end quality boats. ROM stands out by its original design and luxury fixtures, fittings and finishes - which reflect the company’s craftsmanship -  a significant part of which are finished entirely by hand.
