Vanguard Properties appoints Henrique Rodrigues da Silva as new CEO

This appointment is part of a previously defined succession plan and reflects the natural evolution of the company’s leadership structure, aligned with the next phase of strategic development for Vanguard Properties in Portugal.

Alexandre Berda, until now CEO, will assume the role of Chairman, remaining closely involved in the company’s strategy and in the Berda family’s continued commitment to Portugal.

With more than 20 years of presence in the Portuguese and Internacional Real Estate sector, Henrique Rodrigues da Silva has an extensive experience in real estate and hospitality, having worked in several companies of the private and public sectors. On his last role, Henrique was Chief Operating Officer at Norfin Group, managing a portfolio of €2.7bn across all sectors in Portugal.
