INFINITY distinguished as Best New Construction Development

INFINITY, developed by Vanguard Properties, was the winner of the Best New Construction Development - Housing Award, organized by the weekly Expresso and SIC Notícias, and also received the Prestige Award, recognizing the excellence of the work carried out in the housing and tourism sectors.

Considered one of the most iconic buildings in Lisbon and one that marks the city skyline, INFINITY is one of the largest housing projects in the capital - it has 26 floors above ground and more than 50,000 m² of construction area. Located in Sete Rios, in the parish of Campolide, it has 195 apartments ranging from T0 to T6 Duplex and 352 parking spaces. The project represented an investment of more than 90 million euros, with the majority of buyers being Portuguese.

The architecture of the building is the responsibility of the Saraiva+Associados studio, which has a concentric layout made up of three “wings” connected to a central core, each with its own designation and typological organization: River, Nature and City. Some of the duplex apartments have garden terraces with double-height ceilings. The interior design of the common areas was carried out by the prestigious Casa do Passadiço.

In the lobby, the piece of art created exclusively for the project by Joana Vasconcelos stands out. “Infinity Landscape” is part of the "Crochet Paintings" series developed since 2009, from which pieces have spread to major museums and international collections. In the entrance area of the building and in the common rooms, the use of excellent materials, such as natural leathers and linen and bouclé fabrics, provides not only comfort, but also elegance and sophistication.

INFINITY also has a spa area and indoor pool. On the 24th floor, there is an outdoor pool with endless, panoramic views over the city. The building also has a gym, kids club, co-working spaces and an interior yard with extensive garden areas complemented by a paddle tennis court.

Infinity was also nominated for Best Interior Architecture. Vanguard Properties also had the Bayline project, an exclusive development on the seafront in the Algarve, in the “New Construction Development” category.
