José Cardoso Botelho at the Web Conference Construir - ‘Investment in the Near Future’

Faced with the need to understand investment trends in the near future, CONSTRUIR (BUILD) seeks to field answers from specialists at the online conference ‘Investment in the Near Future”. The conference is scheduled for 5 May, at 11am with live streaming on the Facebook page of CONSTRUIR.

Where will we be in terms of the country’s ability to attract overseas investment when the lockdown measures are relieved? What implications could this pandemic have on real estate product?  To what extent could the ‘internal’ market be part of the solution, balancing out top heavy overseas investment?  What will become of the investment portfolios foreseen for the next few years?
