Tiago Ferrito joins Vanguard Properties as Project Director

Vanguard Properties has strengthened its team with the recruitment of Tiago Ferrito. 

With more than a decade of experience in engineering, project management and real estate development, Tiago Ferrito has built a career marked by consistent progression and a comprehensive understanding of the different stages of real estate development and asset management. 

Before joining Vanguard Properties, he spent approximately 12 years with the Teixeira Duarte Group, working on and overseeing projects in Portugal and Angola. Most recently, he served as Development Director at Teixeira Duarte Real Estate Portugal, where he was responsible for the management and development of real estate projects. 

Tiago holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, specialising in Structures, from Instituto Superior Técnico, University of Lisbon. He also completed the Advanced Management Programme for Executives at Católica Lisbon School of Business & Economics. 

The experience he has gained across different markets and professional contexts provides him with a strong technical and strategic perspective, which will be instrumental in overseeing Vanguard Properties’ projects with rigour, efficiency and a long-term vision. 

Tiago Ferrito’s appointment represents a further step in strengthening Vanguard Properties’ technical and management capabilities, as the company continues to develop distinctive projects and consolidate its position in the real estate market
