Tomás Appleton is Vanguard Properties’ new official brand ambassador

The captain of both the Portuguese national rugby team and CDUL club, Tomás Appleton is the new official ambassador of the luxury real estate developer, Vanguard Properties.

Aged 29, Tomás Appleton is already considered to be one of the finest Portuguese rugby players ever, as well as being a shining example in domestic sport, boasting over 50 caps for the national team, which has qualified for the upcoming rugby world championship, hosted by France between September and October 2023. Both personally and professionally (he’s a practising dentist, studying the fourth year of a medical master’s and recently became a father), Tomás Appleton has shown ambition and excellence, values he shares with Vanguard Properties.

Vanguard is seriously committed to promoting sports in Portugal. It is one of the main sponsors of the Millennium bcp Estoril Open, as well as a major supporter of youth tennis, through Vanguard Stars, which organises domestic and international championships for under-10s and under-11s, simulating ATP and WTA professional tournaments. In addition to this, the brand has also supported outstanding Portuguese athletes, such as Tomás Appleton, who joins professional golfer, Pedro 'Figgy' Figueiredo, who the brand has worked with since 2020.
