Castilho 203 shines in the CONSTRUIR 2020 Awards

Created with the aim of recognising and celebrating the effort and talent of companies and professionals in the various sectors of Construction, the CONSTRUIR Awards from publication Jornal Construir held its 13th edition this year. 

As was the case in previous years, the nominations were entirely down to the publication’s team, which took into account criteria that include merit, technical aspects, functionality and innovation and covered the period between January 2019 and September 2020. 

For the voting, which involved subscribers of the Jornal Construir newsletter, Castilho 203 was in the limelight for having scooped up the award for the Best Residential Building in the Real Estate category; while Afaplan and PMP Consultants won two awards in the Engineering category: ‘Coordination and Supervision Award’ and ‘Best Private Project’ respectively.   

Other important partners of Vanguard Properties which were involved in Castilho 203 were also in the spotlight: Mota-Engil which won the ‘Internationalisation Award’, Casais, which was recognised as ‘Best Construction Company’ and JLL ‘Best Consultancy’. 
Vanguard Properties congratulates all of its partners for their awards in the various categories and thanks them for their hard work and efforts on Castilho 203 which in 2020 picked up five awards.
