Infrastructure Launch - Muda Reserve, Rural Area

Between July 2017 and February 2018 Vanguard Properties acquired more than 40 lots in the rural area of Muda Reserve development, located south of Comporta, about 1 hour from Lisbon. Each plot, with about 50,000 m2 surface, allows the construction of a 500 sqm. villa and 100 sqm of porches.

On November 9, 2017, the Muda Reserve project's rural infrastructure works was launched and awarded to Oliveiras, SA. The official act was attended by the Mayor of Grândola Mr. Figueira Mendes as well by Vanguard Properties officials as well as about 60 guests.

The works will be completed within 12 months.
