This week Vanguard Properties delivered the dossiers containing its two candidate projects Castilho 203 and White Shell which are competing respectively in the categories of Best Urban Rehabilitation/Best Residential Real Estate (C203) and Best Real Estate Development in the subcategory Tourism/Best Energy Efficient and Sustainable Construction (White Shell).
