Vanguard Properties becomes a patron of the Gulbenkian Modern Art Centre

Vanguard Properties has signed a patronage agreement with the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation to support the new MAC - Modern Art Centre.

This document, which is valid until 2025, demonstrates Vanguard Properties’ commitment to promoting culture, art and science, while recognising the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation’s work and key role in Portuguese society.

In the words of Vanguard CEO, José Cardoso Botelho, the company "has supported Portuguese art by commissioning exclusive pieces, all devised and produced by Portuguese artists, which then become an integral part of Vanguard’s property projects. This agreement fortifies our commitment by supporting something as important as the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation, which has long played a vital role in various fields in Portugal. For us, it is an honour to create a positive impact on Portuguese society in partnership with the foundation."

According to the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation’s president, António Feijó, "working with Vanguard Properties is a significant step.
