Vanguard Properties has just established a  partnership with Amazing Evolution for the management of the luxury tourist condominium White Shell Beach Villas at Porches, in the Algarve. Amazing Evolution is a Portuguese company specialised in the management of hotels and tourist developments which has won awards several times at an international level at the World Travel Awards in the categories of best boutique hotels management company, and will be responsible for tourist management of White Shell as well as the managing the condominium.

The luxury tourist condominium White Shell in Porches, Algarve, around 400 metres from the Senhora da Rocha beach, comprises 55 villas and apartments of various typologies (One to three bedrooms) designed by the architects studio Saraiva+Associates. All of the apartments are delivered ready to use, totally furnished and decorated. The development is designed to reinforce the concept of community and privacy with the residential units grouped around a common central area with a large-size outdoor pool and a indoor heated pool with a SPA. 

White Shell has BREEAM® environmental certification (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method), one of the most reputable worldwide. The resort is vehicle free within the compound and includes extensive green areas for sport and leisure, including cafeteria, gym, SPA, educational garden, bar with esplanade, outdoor and indoor pools (heated), multi-use sports field and padel court. It also includes underground parking with space for 62 vehicles. The development represents a 24 million euro investment and will be completed in December 2020.
