HR Business Partner (m/f) to replace a maternity leave

HR Business Partner m/f
Vanguard Properties, currently the largest residential real estate developer in Portugal, is growing and intends to strengthen its team in Lisbon, with the integration of an HR Business Partner, reporting to the Human Resources Department, to replace a maternity leave.
Core Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and implementation of Human Resources policies, according to best practices
- Analyze and develop Human Resources KPI's to support strategic decision making
- Conduct the Recruitment & Selection processes: elaborate and manage the publication of recruitment ads, analyze applications, conduct interviews, and prepare assessment reports
- Assist in the implementation of the performance appraisal process
- Participate in the planning and execution of people management processes, such as: engagement studies, functional descriptions, onboarding and offboarding, compensation models, organizational culture, among others
- Contribute to the definition and operationalization of the annual training plan
- Support organizational change in terms of processes and improvement initiatives in the different departments
- Maintain updated employee records and documents, according to legal requirements
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or similar areas
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position (experience in a consulting environment would be an asset)
- Fluency in English (minimum level B2)
- Mastery of French (desirable)
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in people management software (e.g. Meta4; Talentia; etc.)
- Excellent analytical, planning and organizational skills
