Vanguard Properties, currently the largest residential real estate developer in Portugal, is growing and intends to strengthen its Golf team, located in the Comporta region (Terras da Comporta), with the integration of a Marketeer.

Core Responsibilities

• Welcome customers at the Bag Drop and direct them
• Ensure the proper use and cleanliness of rental equipment
• At the end of the game, collect the clients' equipment (golf bags and shoes) as well as its cleaning and return
• Manage the tickets, verify payment of green fees and rental equipment
• Ensure the completion of the daily rental control report
• Ensure the proper application of the courses’ rules and regulation
• Inform players about technical issues and other useful information
• Ensure that players are properly equipped for the practice of golf
• Ensure that the pace of play is maintained
• Inform customers about local rules, particularly those concerning buggy trafficand make sure they are respected
• Repair the pitch marks on the greens
• Attend to customers' complaints and try to solve them sensibly and reasonably.

Profile

• 9th grade education
• Experience in customer service
• Knowledge of Golf practice (desirable)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Fluency in English (minimum level B2)
• Knowledge of French (desirable)
• Knowledge in Spanish/German (desirable)
• Availability to work in shifts
• Service and client-focused attitude
