FP&A and Asset Management Analyst

Full time - Lisbon (Lisboa) - Portugal

Vanguard Properties, currently the largest residential real estate developer operating in Portugal, is expanding. With a unique portfolio of hight-quality projects, it is looking to strengthen its team in Lisbon with the addition of an FP&A and Asset Management Analyst.

 

Key Responsabilities:

 

Planning & Control:

  • Collaborate in the preparation of short, medium and long-term strategic planning for the organization and the assets under management
  • Work with the Accounting & Reporting team to identify the need to re-invoice intra-group expenses and to calculate and allocate management fees
  • Update the monitoring reports, annual budget and other technical work of the team

Investment Support:

  • Collaborate in the preparation of studies, analyses and simulations to support strategic decision-making (business and financial KPIs) for assets under management and new investment opportunities.
  • Collaborate in the structuring of financing for companies controlled by the group during the proposal and negotiation phase.
  • Collaborate with the Treasury team in the control and planning of financing contracts and the calculation of liquidity needs.
  • Assist with the preparation of responses to requests for clarification from external entities, preparing analyses or preparing the information requested

Reporting:

  • Implement and update the reporting process
  • Prepare information for management: presentations to the board and shareholders through periodic reports, analysis of indicators and dashboards
  • Collaborate in the preparation of reports for internal stakeholders and existing committees
  • Support in due diligences to be carried out

 

Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Economics, Finance or Engineering
  • Professional experience (1-3 years) in FP&A, Investment Banking, Real Estate Asset Management or Auditing (mandatory)
  • Knowledge of the real estate sector (preferable)
  • Fluency in English (mandatory)
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office, namely Excel (mandatory) and Power BI (preferable)
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization and planning skills
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Solution orientation, team spirit, proactivity and responsibility are valued
