José Cardoso Botelho at Lisbon’s Catholic University Real Estate Club

Lisbon’s Catholic University Real Estate Club held a webinar in February whose theme was ‘Real Estate Development’ and ‘Private Equity’.  

The invited speakers included António Hermenegildo (Explorer Investments) and José Cardoso Botelho, CEO of Vanguard Properties, who both had the opportunity of speaking about these topics from the point of view of their respective companies, the state of the current market and its prospects for the future.  There was also time for the guest speakers to reply to questions posed by the 90 or so participants at the event.

The Lisbon Catholic University Real Estate Club’s mission is to “demystify” the world of real estate and real estate investments, fostering the development of knowledge and skills through the regular publication of articles on the subject on the club’s website, workshops and conferences with specialists on or from the sector.”
