Vanguard Properties, currently, the largest residential real estate developer in Portugal, is growing. With a unique and high-quality portfolio of projects, Vanguard is looking to strengthen its Project Management department, responsible for the project Terras da Comporta.
Core Responsibilities
Project Management
- Plan and support the implementation of project management activities
- Monitor and report on project indicators (budgets, deadlines, etc)
- Represent Vanguard Properties in all project phases
Project Coordination: Procurement and Construction Management
- Developing and organizing the selection process for service providers
- Lead and coordinate contacts with city and municipal councils, as well as public entities
- Supervision architectural, engineering, licensing, and procurement projects
- Coordination and supervision of construction work
- Coordinating site and inspection teams
Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
- 5 to 10 years’ experience in project management, contract supervision or construction management
- Fluency in English (minimum level B2)
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Project
- Excellent written and verbal communication, analysis, planning, and organization
- Ease of interpersonal relationships and team spirit
